THE EXPERIENCE OF A LIFETIME

Unless you are a model, few women get the opportunity to be in front of the lens of a real "Master" photographer and experience the creative fun of being in your own "fantasy". And that's how we treat it...your fantasy. Do you see yourself as a glamourous Marilyn Monroe type on white satin or would you rather wear leathers on a Harley Davidson? Have you fantasized about being a Playboy Centerfold but wouldn't have the nerve to show anyone but your boyfriend? Have you dreamed of riding a horse bareback on the beach, or are you naughty and ready to be tied up with silken rope? Are you a body builder who sees herself on the cover of Fitness Magazine or do you just want to give your husband a wallet photo of you in some special lingerie he likes. Whatever you want to do, with our years of expertise in the glamour business, we can create it. But most importantly, you should have fun with it. It should be a chance for you to discover a little about YOU and be comfortable enough to express it. Who knows, maybe you'll discover a whole new "daring vixen" along the way.

Your Provocative Portrait usually begins with an email or phone call..yours to us. You will have a thousand questions, some of them asked because you are wondering whether you'll ever be comfortable doing something like this. By the time we get done talking, you will decide.

We'll talk about what you want or maybe you aren't sure and need some suggestions. We'll ask you questions about you, how you see yourself and maybe we'll make suggestions. It is very important we get to know you, we certainly don't want to put you in garter belts if you don't see yourself as that kind of sexy. We may ask about your boyfriend/husbands tastes (if it is a gift for him), and what he likes about you. We wll discuss what you want to end up with (see Possibilities) and we'll talk about costs for your Provocative Portrait.

Once you have decided to "go for it", we will schedule a time to meet you and ask you to bring any recent photos, amateur or professional, you might have. Meeting you ahead of time (or seeing photos if that's not possible) helps give the photographer, Robert Scott Hooper, ideas for lighting and various other insights for the photo session with you. And, of course, it will make you BOTH more comfortable when the time comes for your shoot.

We may also ask you to save and bring any pages from magazines or samples of pictures you like or poses you'd like to try. We'll discuss what you are going to wear and the location or background we are going to create. All of that has to be planned and produced ahead of time. If you don't live in Las Vegas, we will do most of this by phone and talk several times before the shoot.

The day of the shoot you will be asked to come at a scheduled time, with no make-up and clean, undone hair. The make-up artist/hairdresser need to start with a clean palette to make the best of your features. You'll probably be in make-up one to two hours depending on what kind of photos we are doing. The set/location will be ready and you will come out of make-up looking and feeling gorgeous and "ready to play"! All shoots are different, so we can't tell you what yours will be like, except to say that you'll have fun...and fun makes for great pictures!

When we are finished with the photo session and you have gone home, we will spend a few days with your photos, editing them (we destroy any bad photos immediately) adjusting color doing basic retouching and filtering and getting them ready for you to view. If you are in Las Vegas, you will come to the studio to view them and make your choices. If you are not in town they can be sent to you as proofs or viewed safely online. And, by the way, any retouching needed to cover blemishes or scars is just part of the of job and no charge to you.

What better place to go to have an exotic portrait taken? The "glamour" capital of the world! You can plan the trip around a stay at a nice hotel, a day the the spa getting the whole treatment before your "big shoot". Or take some time to shop for lingerie you couldn't find in your hometown, to wear for your Provocative Portrait. And, party, party, party... when the photo session is done!
